Ref: "PURPLE HEART" for service in Libya in 1986 for a condition known as PTSD!

Dear Mr. President,

(The DAV) Disabled American Veterans, have been working on getting veterans with PTSD, like myself, The Purple Hearts for there service during (wartime-era) who have been wounded/disabled other than by a bullet or shrapnel etc...

Is it possible to pass an 'Executive Order'~ To force "The Department Defense or Veterans Administration" to (authorize) "The Purple Heart Medal," that is controversial and (vague) in it's meaning/definition as for, what ((*type of wound)) specific,  is needed to attain "The Purple Heart Medal!"

I was in Libya in 86' a (declared conflict) by, President: Ronald Regan, I was awarded: The Navy Unit Accommodation and The Navy Expeditionary Medal! And I received PTSD during that period it is documented and proven at "The Veterans Administration!" I struggle with the PTSD everyday Mr. President it's a fight for me... I heard in the past?? Veterans, got "The Purple Heart Medals" for "Athlete's-foot, rashes, stubbed toes etc... " It's Unbelievable., Mr. President! Really, Sir!

A Medal of such Honor:"The Purple Heart!" Might just be enough to raise those values/spirit which goes appreciated to people who have served in the military during (war-time) hope for the future? For someone who became physiologically, challenged through war-trauma, I did not ask for.

I humbly ask,. Honorable: Mr. President: Donald J.Trump;  If, you could look into this matter or 'Executive Order' this injustice for veterans who have gave during war-time and gone unappreciated...

Thank You, for your time and patience Mr. President: Donald Trump.

Sincerely Yours,

Eddie W. Verdon
